The company was incorporated on 23 January 2020 as KEMPZURICH PRIVATE LIMITED in India. The company is in the activities of Healthcare, Equity Investments, Information Technology & Trading of Construction Materials.

The name ‘Kempzurich’ is inspired from Kempegowda, the great founder of Bangalore city - the Silicon Valley of India. Switzerland city, Zurich which is one of the largest financial centres of the world.
